No. Uploaded photos and generated results are stored on Cloudflare R2 and automatically deleted after 24 hours via a lifecycle rule. We do not retain customer images beyond this period.
No. The plugin loads a lightweight JS file (~15KB) only on product pages. The AI generation happens entirely on our cloud servers — your WooCommerce server only handles a tiny AJAX request (~200 bytes) for token signing.
Yes. Each product has a "Custom AI Prompt" field in the product editor. This is appended to the category-specific prompt for fine-tuned results. Enterprise customers get access to full prompt customisation with our team.
