Download the .zip file, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin in your WordPress admin. Activate the plugin and you're ready — a free licence is created automatically.
Make sure WooCommerce is active and the product has a featured image. The button only appears on single product pages. Check suPixel → Settings to ensure the button is enabled.
First check your credit balance in suPixel → Dashboard. If you have credits, open the browser console (F12) and look for CORS or network errors. The plugin has an automatic fallback to server-side upload if direct upload fails. If both fail, email support@supixel.ai with your site URL and error details.
Go to suPixel → Get a Licence in your WordPress admin. Click on any paid plan to be redirected to Stripe checkout. If you already have a paid plan, use the "Manage Subscription" link to access the Stripe billing portal.
No. Uploaded photos and generated results are stored on Cloudflare R2 and automatically deleted after 24 hours via a lifecycle rule. We do not retain customer images beyond this period.
No. The plugin loads a lightweight JS file (~15KB) only on product pages. The AI generation happens entirely on our cloud servers — your WooCommerce server only handles a tiny AJAX request (~200 bytes) for token signing.
Yes. Each product has a "Custom AI Prompt" field in the product editor. This is appended to the category-specific prompt for fine-tuned results. Enterprise customers get access to full prompt customisation with our team.
